August 2014

Secretary's Scribble
The good weather has not lasted we have had partially wet events of late both at Rendham and Long Melford. Although at Melford the Club did take home some tin ware in that we were awarded both pre and post war best cars.
Last months meeting at Buxhall Bygones was very enjoyable and nostalgic once we got there - a bit off the beaten track!! A very enjoyable slice of cake a cuppa too!
August is our meal out month and we shall be at the Wooden Fender at Ardleigh, Essex, meal order forms were in last months Newsletter.
This is also the month of our Annual Rally on Sunday 3rd and we need lots of help with marshalling both the display cars and the Concourse Runs. Also bucket shaking to raise funds for the Children's Hospices
