March 2014 Newsletter Notes

Secretary's Scribble
Last months meeting the talk by member Rod Satchwell was very interesting and very well attended. Rod brought out a lot of facts & data linking motoring and aviation in the early days,  some of which I had forgotten, some I never knew but all very interesting.
February's talk, "Wheels of Ipswich" promises to be another good one. Given by Brian Dyes of Ipswich Transport Museum, it is the story of the role transport played in the development of the Town over the last few hundred years.
And for our March meeting we have our Chairman giving his Photo, Pictorial Recognition Evening.. Now exactly what this involves I have no idea because he's not letting on! All I know is that he wants the digital projector and screen. So come along and see what its all about.
One member at least has tried our new advertiser mentioned last month and was very pleased with the service, so you know where to go for your parts.
